What is this Spartan Time Trial? Spartan Race at Fenway Park will be an experience you’ve never seen in the world of obstacle racing. For one day only, Spartans will have the chance to run a time trial through one of the most famous landmarks in the United States. WHAT IS A SPARTAN RACE?

Spartan Race™, the global leader in Obstacle Racing since 2005, was designed by seven insane ultra athletes and a Royal Marine. If you have tried trail races, mud runs, tough mudder runs, or a warrior dash, it’s time to step up to a brutal Spartan Race Obstacle Course. You can tackle a Spartan Sprint, a Super Spartan, maybe even attempt a brutal Spartan Beast, but only a few of you will have the heart to graduate up to our Death Race; the world championship of obstacle racing, and an endurance race like NO other. Spartan Sprint

3+ MILES / 15+ OBSTACLES. The challenging sprint obstacle trail races are a great way to get off your couch and start living. From beginner trail racers and mud run participants to hardcore warriors, tough guys and marathon runners, they all come out to test themselves on the insane obstacle races! 99.9% of all people who try this event will finish, and 100% will have their thirst for mud & trail racing fully satisfied! Top 3 Males and top 3 Females at each Spartan Sprint qualify for a free entry into a Super Spartan of their choice.

Super Spartan

8+ MILES / 20+ OBSTACLES. The Super Spartan obstacle course race provides an 8+ mile battlefield of insane mud running with 20+ obstacles to test your physical strength and mental resolve. This mud run of an endurance race will have many trials to push you to your full potential! The good news is that after you complete your painful journey, there will be live music and a catered meal to soothe your aching joints. Top 3 Male and Female finishers at each Super Spartan race qualify for free entry into the Spartan Death Race.

Spartan Beast

12+ MILES / 25+ OBSTACLES. An obstacle course race from hell. If you have done any race anywhere in the world: whether a mud run, fun run, olympic run, bike race, death march or any kind of event claiming to be the “toughest race on the planet” you will be happy to know that this is where it ends..THIS IS THE SPARTAN BEAST…Step up and get out of your comfort zone on our +16k beast of an obstacle course race; many will arrive, but few will leave!

Spartan ULTRA Beast

The first of its kind, the Ultra Beast will be the world’s first marathon distance Obstacle Race. It will be ONE heat that will feature two loops of the main Beast course. Racers will face the toughest course Spartan Race can bring, TWICE, before finding the finish line. It’s not for the faint of heart! For your own safety and for the competitive nature of the event, you will have to apply for acceptance in the Ultra Beast Marathon.

Upon acceptance, selected participants will be notified by email and given further details & registration instructions by Spartan Race.

Wondering about how to compete in the Beast AND take on the Ultra Beast Marathon? You have to get accepted for the Ultra Beast Marathon before you can take part. So, register for the Beast and also apply for the Ultra Beast Marathon by following the above directions. IF your accepted for the Ultra Beast, you’ll be given details on your options and pricing for both events.

Spartan Death Race

This is highest level of Spartan Challenge endurance events. The Spartan Death Race is designed to present you with the totally unexpected, and the totally insane! Our physical challenges will make giving birth look like a walk in the park. This endurance race is comprised of mud runs, obstacle racing, trail racing, physical challenges and mental challenges all in a +-48 hour adventure race that has no real known mileage. 90% of you will not complete this endurance event. Please only consider this adventure style race if you have lived a full life to date.
